Based on Ubuntu Jammy (22.04)
Installation looks just like Ubuntu install
Desktop is LXQt, Desktop manager is sddm (The recommended display manager for LXQt), Xserver is Xorg
CQRlog (and all other loggers?) not included in base install
Network managed by netplan shunted to NetworkManager
Default user already member of groups dialout, sudo, audio, plugdev, direwolf, sambashare
Default background mildly annoying but better than other ham-related distros
wsjt-x, fldigi installed by default, wfview was not
Lots of esoteric software and things I haven’t heard of
TempestSDR
GNU Radio (many options)
Notice that many apps launch with a terminal window and sometimes do not actually start
Gridtracker is installed by default
